Living the Low Life // Johnny’s Prelude

Being located in the Nashville, TN area, you don’t see many slammed cars, seeing them is like finding a needle in a haystack. One of the most beautiful slammed cars in the area is Johnny DeLuca’s 2001 Honda Prelude, it is an amazing sight to see.

Johnny bought the Prelude as his first car, and has had it since. According to him, he has had his fair share of the “Prelude curse” and the car has been through a lot, but nevertheless, it is clean. He doesn’t care about going fast, he’s out there breaking necks living the low life. Johnny says that it’s a project that will never be done, and he will keep adding or changing things to his car.

I have personally seen this car change since I got into the car scene, and they’ve definitely been good changes. When Johnny got the Alphards on, I saw them for the first time at a huge car meet, and didn’t think that they looked too good, but after shooting it, and seeing it a little closer up and more, I think they look really nice, and they’re definitely unique, especially with the chrome touch to it.

The interior of Johnny’s car seems like it’s one of a kind, he’s changed up his steering wheel, and seats to all be aftermarket. He got S2000 seats, and did a black-to-tan swap, which makes them look really nice with the color of his car.

Johnny has a lot of stuff done to this car, and I’m sure he’ll keep doing more and more stuff to it, and can’t wait to see what else he has in store for his Lude.
